•Paired lesson observations for standardisation.
•Support for OfSTED preparation.
•Support for improving learning and teaching.
•Support and development for leadership.
•Departmental reviews.
•Support for strategic planning.
•Support for policy and document development including SEF alternatives.
•Assistance in appointing a new Head teacher or other senior colleagues.
•Supporting schools and colleagues contemplating or preparing to adopt Academy status.
Fee
Daily rate: £600 (inclusive of VAT) plus expenses This is inclusive of preparation, report writing and any follow up. Half days will be charged pro-rata.
Five days or more planned at the outset: discounted to £550 plus expenses per day.
Attendance at an evening Governing Body meeting will be charged as a half day ie £300 plus expenses if this does not coincide with a planned school visit.
